Your order ships from within the United States for a smoother delivery experience. Once your order has shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

Where We Ship

All Solenna orders currently ship from within the United States.

We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Rates

We offer complimentary standard shipping within the contiguous United States.

Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may be subject to a flat shipping fee, which will be shown at checkout before payment.

Estimated Delivery

Once your order has shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your package has been scanned by the carrier.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to update the delivery address.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your delivery area, mailbox, front desk, building mailroom, and with household members or neighbors.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at support@shopsolenna.com and our team will do our best to help you look into it.

Damaged or Defective Items

Every belt and buckle is carefully inspected before packing.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@shopsolenna.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue so our team can help.

High-Volume Periods

During holidays, promotions, launches, or other high-volume periods, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.
