Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the belt must be:

  • Untrimmed and unaltered
  • In original condition
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
Because our belts are designed to be trim-to-fit, any belt that has already been trimmed, cut, or altered is final sale and cannot be returned.

Complimentary Returns

We offer complimentary returns within the United States on eligible items.

Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after your return is received and inspected.

Once issued, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges

We want you to end up with the piece that feels right for you.

At this time, the fastest way to receive a different item is to return your eligible item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the style, color, or set you prefer.

This helps make sure your new selection is processed quickly and avoids delays while your return is being reviewed.

As a reminder, belts must be untrimmed, unaltered, in original condition, and returned within 30 days of delivery to be eligible.

Before You Trim

Each strap comes in an extended 59-inch length for a more flexible fit, giving you the option to customize if needed.

We recommend trying it on first before making any adjustments, and trimming gradually to avoid cutting too much.

Once a belt has been trimmed, it is no longer eligible for return.

Quality Standards

Every belt and buckle is carefully inspected before packing.

Due to the handmade finishing process, slight variations in finish, texture, or embellishment may be present. These are a natural part of the product and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@shopsolenna.com with your order number and photos, and we will take care of it promptly.
